In zes 'goals' worden de Afrikaanse deelnemende teams (Algerije, Nigeria, Ivoorkust, Kameroen, Ghana en Zuid-Afrika) nader belicht. Met onder meer foto's, fanartikelen en wedstrijdverslagen.
Elke dag is er bovendien actuele berichtgeving uit Afrika. Dagelijks wisselende foto's en filmbeelden van Afrikaanse journalisten van de organisatie lokaalmondiaal gaan in op de sfeer voor, tijdens en na de wedstrijden. Op een 'Wall of fame' zijn elke wedstrijddag de mooiste nieuwe foto's te zien.
Daarnaast toont World Press Photo in het museum een selectie foto's die het afgelopen jaar gemaakt zijn tijdens de Afrikaanse voorrondes.
